This one-day supplement to the SCAMPI Team Training is required for all high maturity SCAMPI team members.  This course provides a detailed view of CMMI high maturity practices.  The training focuses on what to expect to see during a high maturity appraisal.  The types of practices high maturity organizations exhibit and those practices which have fallen short in organizations which didn’t understand what high maturity is really all about.  The course follows a tale of two organizations, one which is exhibiting high maturity behavior and one which is not.
